Providing a recovery experience that is accessible and affordable are priorities of Webster Place Recovery Center. We are committed to assisting any person with the desire to begin a life of recovery regardless of financial status. Referral sources and potential residents are asked to contact us directly concerning financing a residents stay. Our staff of caring and competent financial aid specialists will work with each potential resident to identify opportunities and develop a package to fit individual needs and circumstances.
Most insurance companies do not/will not cover recovery centers and we do not accept third party payment (health insurance). If residents have questions about insurance covering a stay, we recommend they contact the carrier directly. Webster Place Recovery Center does not accept Medicaid, Medicare or any type of Federal/State subsidies or funding. Individuals court mandated to treatment will be considered for our program, but, should be advised that they are voluntary admissions and personally responsible for payment of the stay.

The non refundable 30 day payment of $6,000 plus an $800 incidental fee is due at the time of registration. Unused portions of the incidental fee are returned within 30 days of check out, if requested. If no formal request is made for return of the unused incidental funds within 30 days of discharge, they will be deposited in the general incidental fund to assist those residents unable to pay for their incidental costs. Residents are required to replenish the incidental fee to the $800 balance at the start of each month. The payment for the following months stay is due 7 days prior to the next 30 day stay and is non-refundable. Cost for extensions is billed at a monthly rate of $6,000.

There are loans and scholarships available to qualified residents, however, we attempt to avoid the added costs involved with insurance, financing & scholarship services and encourage our potential residents to seek financial help from family, friends, churches, and other charitable organizations. Please note that it is our policy not to offer full, free stays. We expect all residents to accept responsibility for the cost of their stay. Resources are limited and will be used primarily for those who meet our standards for registration and who are most in need of residential care and have no other available resources or treatment options. Before determination of eligibility for aid, prospective residents must meet Webster Place Recovery Center’s registration criteria, and registration for individuals seeking scholarship and financial aid is also subject to bed availability as determined by the Executive Director.
