6:00am – Wake up

6:30am – Meditation (In Chapel)

6:45am – 8:00am – Fitness and/or breakfast prep

8:30am – 9:30am – Farming and/or house chores

10:00am – 10:45am – Step/tradition presentation

11:00am – 12:00pm - Step/tradition discussion

12:30pm – Lunch

1:30pm – 4:30pm – Farming/Enhancements/Fitness/1:1

5:00pm – 6:30pm – Dinner – (includes preparation and clean up)

7:30pm – 12 Step meeting

9:30pm – Meditation (In Chapel)

10:00pm – In rooms
